Who Pays For Mediation?
You may be considering mediation and wonder who pays for mediation?
The costs associated with family mediation are typically shared between the parties involved. Both parties contribute to the expenses associated with the mediation process, including mediator fees and any administrative costs.
One or both parties may be eligible for Legal Aid, which can cover the costs of mediation. If you are not eligible for Legal Aid your local NFM mediation service will be able to advise you of their charges.
