CPD Webinar – Exploring Bias in Family Mediation
During this 2 hour webinar you will be encouraged to reflect on your own understanding of bias and self-awareness to it. It is, of course, helpful to be more conscious of our own biases and attitudes which could impact on communication with clients.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) ensures mediators stay current with best practices and changes in family law. It builds confidence, enhances skills, and helps you meet accreditation standards. Regular training supports better outcomes for the families you work with. We at National Family Mediation offer CPD programmes to help you grow as a professional mediator.
NFM offer a range of CPD training for family mediators to develop their skills, knowledge and practice through our CPD training programme.
As part of the continuing Family Mediation accreditation process, family mediators need to undertake c.10 hours a year or more of CPD training.
We have a range of courses designed for family mediators that can enhance their skills and practice. We have a variety of face-to-face, online and distance learning courses designed to suit your requirements.
