This two-hour ‘back to basics’ webinar is ideally aimed at newly-qualified mediators, and those returning to mediation after having taken a break. However, anyone wanting a refresher can also attend. It will cover:
- Drafting outcome statements in children matters,
- OFS and MOUs in financial cases, and
- Interim summaries.
