In this course we look at screening and assessment when mediation is tricky, such as dealing with abuse issues, encountering clients who are struggling with mental health issues, complex or unusual issues or high levels of conflict.
Regardless of how tricky the mediation is, ultimately we are considering how to make mediation work well for each client.
The purpose of this course is to help you feel more confident in dealing with trickier mediations.
- To help you navigate through balancing inclusion and suitability
- To give you some ideas on what information to ask for during screening
- To help you feel more confident in asking the right questions
- To have ideas of what to do with the information you obtain
This course entails 2 hours of self-study which must be completed before the 2-hour online webinar.
