{"id":29008,"date":"2021-03-30T12:07:11","date_gmt":"2021-03-30T11:07:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nfm.org.uk\/?post_type=epkb_post_type_1&#038;p=29008"},"modified":"2024-02-13T10:36:18","modified_gmt":"2024-02-13T10:36:18","slug":"what-is-the-government-family-mediation-voucher-scheme","status":"publish","type":"help_centre","link":"https:\/\/www.nfm.org.uk\/mediation-faq\/mediation\/what-is-the-government-family-mediation-voucher-scheme\/","title":{"rendered":"What is the Government family mediation voucher scheme?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NFM is participating in the Government\u2019s <strong>family mediation voucher scheme<\/strong>. <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">It means \u00a3500 is being made available for separating families with children, to go towards the cost of using accredited family mediation services.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Family separation always brings a number of expenses, and this contribution towards making vital parenting arrangements through mediation will help reduce these costs \u2013 whilst helping families ensure the settlements that are made are in everyone\u2019s interests.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">The voucher scheme is open to mediation participants who attended a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM) on or after\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">26 March 2021.
