Mike went into the advertising agency world straight from Oxford and did not emerge until the day of his retirement in February 2006. For about half of his career, he specialized in international account management, and spent much of the last six years in the Far East, ending up as CEO of the Singapore office of Publicis, Asia Pacific ‘hub’ of the fourth largest communications company in the world.
He is now firmly committed to the charitable sector and has worked professionally as a fully accredited family mediator since 2007. He undertakes this work solely for MiD, a long-established NFM service, and is dedicated both to the principle of not-for-profit mediation and to the holistic model practised by NFM mediators. He has published a number of articles in Family Law.
However, he is also happy to be called on from time to time to exercise his business and communication skills, for various social enterprises, and is delighted to have become a Trustee for NFM.
