National Family Mediation has published its full response to the review of the Child Arrangements Programme, which had been open for consultation until 30 September 2019 since its publication in June 2019.
The response covers all the areas on which the consultation sought responses, including:
- Ways to revitalise the Mediation Information and assessment Meeting (MIAM)
- Encouraging attendance at the Separated Parents’ Information Programme
- Approaches to the cases of people returning to court
- The possible formation of an alliance of separating family services
