All NFM LegalEyes legal professionals are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and have experience in family law. - Expert Option Drafting : The solicitor will review the information provided and will draft a comprehensive financial report, and will provide options tailored to your unique circumstances, ensuring fairness and meeting your needs, at a fixed cost of £750.
- Resolution : With the solicitors’ impartial options, our mediators will guide you through discussions of these options, helping you to reach an agreement quickly and amicably.
- Finalising your agreement : Once you agree, your mediator will formalise your final mediation documents. Then you have the choice to choose your own solicitor or collaborate with the NFM LegalEyes Legal professional to finalise the agreement into a legally binding document**.

For a fixed cost of £750 per couple you receive high quality, impartial and fair advice from a legal professional. If you choose to have the NFM LegalEyes professional also finalise your agreement into a legal document there will be an additional fee of £750 per consent order, Child/Financial. Fees are dependent on how complex your order is, however the maximum you will pay is £4,000.

Yes, NFM LegalEyes can help you if you are looking for child arrangements or a financial settlement and clean break. The panel of solicitors will take the facts of your situation and give you options that the court would be open to and supportive of.
Speak to your mediator or a member of the team who will be able to guide you step by step through the process. In all instances, you will both have to attend a MIAM and at least one joint session before you are able to access the service.
The solicitor will take the agreements you reach and are written up by your mediator, in the form of an MOU, and they can submit your choices to the court as a consent order on your behalf.
Yes, the panel will be able to advise on all issues regarding your separation. They can then submit a consent order on your behalf for either child arrangements / finances or both.
The advice from the solicitor is not legally binding. It is to give you a clearer idea of what would be considered as acceptable by the court in your personal circumstances. However once you have reached agreement in mediation, you can use the NFM LegalEyes professional to draft and submit a consent order on your behalf, based on the agreements you have made in mediation – this then becomes legally binding.
