Can a child have a say during mediation?

Children can be involved in helping shape the way their lives pan out after their parents have separated. As the founders of child-inclusive mediation, National Family Mediation is ideally placed to help you assess the circumstances so you can decide whether child-inclusive mediation is appropriate in your case.

If both parents agree that the children should have a voice in mediation, then NFM mediators will help ensure this takes place. Our mediators are qualified and experienced in including children in family mediation.
