This is a 75 minute session about the FMSB Mediation Screening and Assessment Guidance and Resource – more commonly known as the FMC Toolkit.
The session provides an opportunity to talk through the practical application of the FMC Toolkit and consider its impact on mediation practice.
There will be a brief guide on its contents, however, it is worthwhile to read the Toolkit before attending so you can ask questions and engage in the planned discussions.
The main aim is to help deepen your knowledge about screening and assessment and to share practical tips for asking those questions that might be uncomfortable for clients to hear and answer.
The session should last for 75 mins however the trainer will stay online for a further 15 minutes to allow time for any questions.
