Family mediators will be aware of the new ‘non-fault’ divorce reforms due to come into force in April 2022, and with this, there will be significant changes to divorce law.

In this 2-hour course, we will look at the changes you need to be aware of to ensure that you are ready for these new changes as family mediators, so that you can answer your client’s questions and know what to expect.
