MOUs for the modern mediator
With pressure on mediators to start drafting legal orders, it’s time to hone your MOU writing skills to ensure your documents comprehensively cover all of your client’s needs whilst preserving the integrity of mediation. This year’s legal update looks at: the implications of summary writing; the level of detail that is needed when you have charge backs and Mesher orders; pension sharing, and spousal and child maintenance, to name but a few areas to be covered.
The day includes some pre-course reading and discussion using case studies. Also included will be: new pension report; relevant tax changes, and interesting case updates.
