Ensuring that we have the energy and enthusiasm to do the work is not always easy. It is, however, essential.

- Reflect on our experience of resilience and its absence
- Explore what happens when resilience breaks down and the impact on performance
- Consider ways of building resilience in our clients as well as ourselves.
