In this CPD Trauma Informed Mediation course we are looking at how the effects of Trauma play out.
The course offers a hybrid of online materials, case study and practical tips for a Trauma informed reframe. Including a live webinar delivered by Learning and Development specialist Sally-Anne Tommy
The main aim of this course is to help Mediators be aware of how Trauma Informed Practice can enhance the mediation process.
By the end of this course, you will have :
- Looked at the types of Trauma, it’s signs, symptoms and effects, including links to Adverse Childhood Experiences
- Examined frameworks for working in a Trauma Informed way
- Learned how to use Trauma Awareness to structure sessions, and conversations, in a way which supports emotional safety and aids the mediation process.
