This course is for mediators who would like to understand more about businesses and the information shared as part of the financial disclosure process.
A self-study distance learning course accessed via our online training centre and completed in your own time. Access to the course will be available for 1 month after course enrolment. We know that levels of self-employment – either as a sole trader or a limited company – are consistently rising, making it even more important to understand this topic.
We have focused on sole traders and small limited companies as they tend to be the businesses we meet in mediation.

- The impact of Covid 19 pandemic on accounts.
By the end of Section 4 you will have an understanding about:
- The types of orders a court can make in respect of a business.
- How to apply the knowledge from this course to a case study scenario.
